The picture on the left was taken two weeks before having my second son. As you can guess, I was NOT happy with my body after having him.
Like so many moms, I wanted my body back and even tried fat burner pills to speed up the process.
But I knew that was not healthy for me (or my son since I was nursing) and developed a strategy to safely lose the weight and get my body back.
19 years later (the picture on the right), my strategy is still working.
That's why I'm hosting this challenge. I want to share what I figured out so that you can reach YOUR goals.
It's not impossible. You just need the tried and true steps to make it happen.
